I just got off the phone with Gerry Gallop, the COO of Tac-Air. Really nice guy and we talked for a bit but he absolutely refused to discuss the merger with me. He kept saying "Can't talk about it, good, bad, or indifferent"

I let him know about the loyal share holders, etc. and how excited we all were. It was at that point that he said something that kind of concerned me. He stated he was obviously no SEC expert but they were looking into all of the requirements of being public. It concerned me because it sounded like they were still exploring the concept. Maybe I read too much into that comment and I'm certainly interpreting it. I guess I just felt like it could be a while before we hear anything about the merger. Not sure how to take it, but I still believe in the stock!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
