I more or less agree with your weighting, inasmuch as MNTA lost a motion for summary judgement on these grounds. But the odds for each patent are different. Anyway, where you and I and others will agree to disagree is on the odds of a win on inequitable conduct versus double patenting/obviousness.

Double patenting/obviousness 60%
Inequitable conduct 35%
Non-infringement 10%
Indefiniteness 5%
For the process patents & such
70% for non-infringement
20% for indefiniteness
Zip for other grounds.
