If they can get this 1 MW show room up and running and it clearly shows buildout cost of less than 50% compared to a straight source buildout, then contracts would probably start lining up and and an RS with appropriate reduction in AS would be possible without much shareholder harm short term. This would open the door to serious private equity investment (I'm talking 100s of millions.) This would be a fantastic scenario. RS's aren't always bad if what you have is the real deal and is part of the progression forward. They are certainly bad when you've run the printing press and don't have much to show for it. JMHO.
