Falling oil prices and rising dollar you would think would be good for US markets in the long run

Is there any "safe haven" ?

Weak market used to yield strength in precious metals.
Markets would rise on declining oil prices now they fall with it as silver and gold seem to fall with the market as well.

Very precarious times imo

It's become a big guessing game
