I could care less about financials all they do is lull you into a trap with their wonderful safe harbor disclaimer stories...

WHAT??? You can't seek safe harbor in financial statements. They're supposed to be absolutely accurate. And if they're not, you're in trouble.

A clue: serious investors care a great deal about financials.
