In edit, and now they finally gave me INVN here at $25.55, not a good sign though...

That is fine, initially, just let the corporation expense dividends like interest and as (if) the economy recovers and they go ahead with lowering the top rate for individuals, but we still have budget deficit, take back the candy with a slight gradual raise in the corporate tax, with the goal of narrowing the difference between the top rate individuals pay and the top rate corporations pay to around 1 to 2%. Removing the incentive for artificial "one person" corporations. Could not resist NVLS just above $28.
