If anyone was requested to provide information it was Medlink. They also were the ones draging their feet in providing financials. Once this is cleared up, they will be the ones tainted, IMO.

I believe you are correct that the SEC does suspect fraud and they will find none committed by this company. If anyone committed fraud it is Medlink, IMO. If they think there was a pump and dump, I believe all they have to do is look at the posts on this board and then look at the NOBO list to see who was promoting this as the "stock of the year" and then dumped their shares. I can tell you this, it was not me or Ken.
