Has the EC ever produced documents that strongly implicated Aurelius in particular in any wrongdoing? I'm just curious about Aurelius because the document just released deals with only Aurelius.

Based on the language of many people on this board, one would swear convicting Aurelius and the others was a forgone conclusion. So exactly who was it that said we, the EC, have the evidence against these hedge funds and where and when was it produced? Sorry, I must have missed that one. TIA"
