Actually, RODM agreed to buy OTCBB from Finra last Sept, though I don't know if the deal was finalized: http://www.watervilleresearch.com/client-blog/rodman-renshaw-buy-otcbb-from-finra.html

Anyway, I agree that the key will be to regain current info status.
