From my talk with the company, they surmised at the 200k price tag of Apple and the "Pig" like royalty fees. An eminent agreement with Apple is near, IMO, because when you have 3.5M to work with, breaking off a couple hundred grand seems like a no brainier, even if it's high. They need Apple on board.
Last month when they didn't have money, 200k seemed out of reach, again, IMHO
PR within a month to announce that development. I don't generally call PR's but it's just so logical.
