I'm sure IMGGs management is waiting for the price to hit rock bottom before they start scooping it up at fire sale prices. Maybe they are holding out on the general population hoping to get a few more percent off the current price to get a bigger gain if they can drive the price back up. Volume is up a bit more today, but who knows why. Still a lot less than the average volume probably due to the lack of news or communication from management.

Just a hunch.
