Jerle, are you really sure you want to do that? You are trading on emotion. I still believe the last thing the hedgies want is the depos coming up....I do not expect to see POR 6 approved at all, rather I look to another extension being asked of Walrath and granted to iron out POR 7 details. They are simply playing hardball now. They wanted those releases from common shareholders. They were'nt dead set on commons getting something out of the fuzzy warmness in their hearts. This new development just tells me now that somehow, someway the hedgies have to find a way to pay preferreds FFV and still have enough money to buy the releases from commons.
