regarding todays dilution by FCSC (some of the following comments is is from the yahoo board)

Minimal dilution. ASTM just did a $100 million offering....again! Per my conversation with the company at the meeting, they are not looking to dilute the heck out of this stock. They must move forward methodically and somewhat slowly at the beginning because this is such a sophisticated and specialized process. Even if they could get $100's of millions right now, they would not want to just hire a ton of sales people to sell LaViv to everyone and anyone. This can't be rolled out haphazardly or too hastily.

What I really liked was that the 8 investors have just place down a bet 1.8 for Million dollars down that they are going to be approved......MO

You hit that on the head. If you read the last lines of the filing no more shares issues until after the 22th.

Item 8.01 Other Events
Upon the completion of the offering described in Item 3.02 above, the Company has indicated that it does not intend to complete any additional sales of securities prior to June 22, 2011, which is the target date that the Food and Drug Administration has to complete its evaluation of the Company's complete response letter regarding its Biologics License Application for azficel-T.
