Actually with the four of us eating I did not have the amount of salmon to find all the spices as I ate it too fast but now if I had about three pieces I could nail almost every spice and ingredient. lol I used to be sent to taste testings on spice for Durkee and be trained in how to find the perfect blend of the unusaul spice. Right down to Cardamon which I have a feeling was used in the BBQ process.
One fo my favorite things about trying new foods out is to come home and make it again only this time with real flavor. I find eating out 28 days or more a month to be a perfect blend of n=boring food served in even more boring appeal. lmao.
Driving the truck it is about once a month i actually get a real cooked meal from a real restaurant that still know how to cook with out getting it from freezer queen or staufers.
Some days they even leave the freezer queen wrapper on the plate. lol lol
