It's an unfortunate situation for the guy, and I feel really bad for him. Too bad he couldn't wait just a couple more months, and he might be looking at a much higher exit price.

For everyone else, I think it's a great opportunity, and I really appreciate knowing the circumstances so there is no panic reaction if it does end up occurring on the open market.
