but none of that really matters, UTOG seems like a proactive company, and im sure they are lining up a MM and have everything filed ready to go. they seem eager to get back on the OTCBB and they will succeed in doing so because they are real.

the SEC clearly didnt have any questions, and i STILL dont get why it was suspended(oh, and you can tell the SEC i said that, they did such a clutch job protecting my investment by bashing it 40%). but they are filing their 10q today, and sending the 15c 2-11 as soon as they possibly can.

im expecting this thing to be back on that board by next week.
