Day ended by 4:35 and jury selection continue on Monday but good news is opening statement also on Monday!!!!!!!

Today to me was one of the greatest days for Rambus. This Korean lady told the Judge she is from Korea and will NOT convict any Korean people. The Judge took a long time to convince her view is not what our justice system is about. At the end, she still cling to this point that she will be bias and will never convict another Korean person or company. What do you expect on the faces of other people in court hearing this?

Then, another older Asian lady was questioned by Nissly and she kind of cried because her husband's factory in Quatemala was put out of business by a Korean company. She said she is in great pain from this after 12 years ago when this happen. So, I guess Hynix will kick her out for sure.

Anyway, Cartel kicked almost every black person out the door as I was expecting as I wrote about my dream jury pool last week. Maybe they might let one black person serve as he works for the EDD as an interviewer who decides cases to let unemplyment checks to the unemployed because he said he denies 60% of those who apply for unemployement. That 60% number actually is normal because 50% should not be entitled to it but then maybe 20% appeal and win. So, it always start out high number of rejection so this person is being honest. I like him personally and he talked with tone of honesty also. I feel his inner self.

Judge also said we will have opening statement on Monday and he is moving fast to get the last 3 alternate in place.

I see a Korean guy on the catel side standing up and observing and writing down notes. I think he might be from Hynix management to see what kind of jury they will have.

I like our odds of winning very bigger than before after today.

One guy who have cancer 12 years ago said to Hynix that he need to prove his innocence and have sympathy for Rambus from the Hynix questionaire he filled out. The Judge then told him that is not how it works, Rambus have to prove their case as being the victim of some criminal act with evidence and then he said OK.

Looks like the cartel is already guilty before even going in for opening statements. How could they continue to trial?

Micron on the other hand is staying far away from Hynix. Micron lawyer have told this to everybody couple of times to emphasis this point. They are not together. I think Micron will use the tactic that the company as a whole was not responsible but only certain employees were doing this on their own.

Micron is pretty smart because the there are many Hynix evidence of the fact they use the word killing Rambus , Killing Rdram and going back to killing mode. So, obviously Micron wants a separate sit as well.

Tomorrow at 9:30 for lawyers conference. Starduster will be there and with others but I might not be able to make it. I will for sure be in for Monday opening statement.
