One of the things that initially attracted me to IDLM is that Frasier is a nut for cash flow and he is very frugal, keeping costs low and money coming in the door.

What I didn't appreciate is that there is a flip side to these positives. He has been doing the financial side on the cheap -- hasn't until now hired a CFO as far as we know and may have gone too low-shelf on the accounting firm.

He is a VERY smart guy. I'm confident he does now get it. But he is clinging to his frugal ways and I think there isn't a great deal of urgency from where he sits to get the PPS higher. And he is quick to terminate communications when shareholders don't share his long-term view.

I keep telling him that if he thinks he deserves better shareholders, then get the price up over $2 and we will leave -- LOL! I'm only too happy to be replaced by an institution or a more serious invester with a decade-long timeframe. But it isn't going to happen down here. Indeed, the lower it goes, the more his stock attracts bottom-feeders such as myself.

Anyway, I do believe he is taking advice from better advisors now. And meanwhile, he keeps growing the company.
