Here come the t-trades

I seriously do not understand the t-trades... Who is getting those 500k blocks of shares and HOW are they getting them at .0016?

UPDATE: I count 5.945MM shares traded after the market closed. about 5.5MM of those shares were at .0016. How is that remotely legal? We barely touched the 16's today and were above it the rest and yet over 5.5MM shares were bought/sold at that point after the market?
