Since we're all bored here waiting for something to happen, I'll throw out more speculation. The people on that list from the ammended S1 registration from 2009 - perhaps they weren't the real shell owners at the time of the shell transfer and someone else not listed owned a significant portion of those shares. Someone who has screwed the company and the shareholders over the past year and dumped them on the market...
