Good Morning Prof! Yes the new IR is a good thing in my opinion, because it also gives the shareholders another avenue to communicate with the company. Especially with shareholders awaiting the dividends it is always good to have an IR firm dedicated to communicating with shareholders or being readily available to inform us of what is going on.
