So, the date didn't change. It's June 15th, thats a good thing, right? Now we should see a 8K.

Are we all having multiple conversations? Didn't the CEO say she would notify us if the date changed? The CEO didn't notify us, hence the date is good.

Is that how your reading this, or are we bypassing that fact and thinking the 8K is the notification?

I did some digging on 8K's and mergers, and you are right. The MPIX 8k must come out, and EMXC must have their own 8K declaring the dividend. So, there really should be two 8K's. I'm not sure how that works from a timing standpoint.
