Indeed, you are correct. JBI has already faced a concerted effort to derail and destroy. That is one of the reasons you see such euphoria on the board right now. A series of very positive events have just occurred that many predicted would never happen. These events took considerably longer to come to fruition than expected, but happen they did.
There is no reason to think that JBI will do anything other than what it has been doing, and that is persevere in the face of difficult circumstances. That is not to say that there aren't challenges ahead, there most certainly are. At this point JBI faces them with a number of very important accomplishments in its kit.
It has full NYDEC environmental permitting in hand.
It has contracts for future fuel delivery in significant quantity.
It has established an excellent price for its product.
The future's so bright I have to wear shades.
