Hello XXXXX,

It is clear from our press releases that the Company has dramatically decreased the number of shares outstanding, which makes concerns about dilution difficult to fathom.

Further, it is an opaque market, and, like you, we can only surmise about the volume. It is not coming from the Company.

T-trades are typically created by market makers who short stock during market hours and cover after the market with customer sell orders they were holding, deriving a profit from the spread.
