He has to get finacing from a good source for a R&D company.
I takes a great deal of money and the last I knew it dosen't grow on trees. And of course I don't think Citi Bank will lend it to you. Most of the posters are stepping over hundred dollar bills to pick up pennys. I don't think they relize what they are investing in.
