This calm seas stuff makes me a bit nervous.
Do I understand it that its a 1.5 million dollar
"line of credit"?

Seems like other financiers would have been available with all
the "daily calls" that Kim mentioned he was getting.
Unless they all wanted a piece of the pie.
All the shares given out seem to amount to more than the
line of credit itself, i.e. Ben 20 mil and Scott Key 9.5 mil.
But what do I know, I'm just a penny investor.

I'm open to explanations.
