Re: the Loan. I dont think it matters that lleg is dealing with two different agencies. If the questions from the SEC are all small "housekeeping" type errors, then maybe it would not interfere with the loan. I dont see the SEC suspending a company for "housekeeping errors" right off. I think we are going to find the errors more severe than that, specifically with the financials.
Secondly, The PR specifically states the sellers become equity holders. That is not just dividends. They have a piece of the company. So current shareholders get diluted. But, if a smaller piece of the pie results in increase revenues per share compared to what we have now, it is a good thing.
As far a stock prices go we are just stuck as has been mentioned by others. This is a gamble akin to walking up to a craps table, puting all your money (that you are willing to risk)on snake eyes and rolling the dice. One roll, win or lose. However, scouts honor, I did see that exact thing happen once.
