The % ownership will be changing if the susanville deal goes thru. The new class of shares will be this dilution in one form or another. If the resulting dilution allows lled to make a lot more in earnings, then having a smaller piece of the pie will be worth it.
but that is in the background for now. In the foreground is the question "can they get it done?" First, will the seller become nervous and back out due to the SEC issues. Personally I am leaning to "no" they wont. Second, will the government backed loan, required to move susanville forwad, be in jepordy. I say "yes". I cannot see a government backed loan as long as there are questions from the SEC. The company was hoping to have susanville generating profits in 12 months. I think that is out the window. 2 years, maybe. So that leaves the poloroid project and a final payment on berlin if it gets approval, which I think it will.
