eBay's license is covenant not to sue license and doesn't have royalties.

AT&T licensed the mobile reader from Mobile Tag. Mobile Tag did not license the reader from NeoMedia.

Without an 8-k, there is no license to AT&T of NeoMedia's patents. Except on message boards. I'm afraid you have been suckered.
