AUDIO UPDATE!!! Text GOIG to 46800 (Go800).

All shareholders will be given a proportionate amount of GoCom shares while retaining their GOIG shares. No dilution will occur. GoCom will be fully reporting company. John Rafuse will be new CEO of Gocom.
