Of course they did. Or they would take the easy route and prove it. They sure do spend a lot of energy trying to *prove* they are something more than a scam by constantly inviting people to "tour the plant" and see the new dentist's office back room cabinet install, ugly as sin, thrown in before they were ready. It surely would take a fraction of the time and energy of that silliness to clarify the share ownership. Coulda happened ages ago, but it's gets old repeating such painfully obvious information. It's hit-you-over-the-head-with-a-shovel obvious, when and how the insiders profited off this li'l scam.
