This is from a BVIG filing:

"David M. Barnes . David M. Barnes was appointed as the Company’s chief financial officer in October of 2010 and is a certified public accountant and brings over 40 years experience working with both public and private companies."

Maybe he has been busy working on just that "audited financials" for KATX.
