I have to agree that it is looking bad for ever recovering anything from this feasco. I doubt that a lawsuit would be worth the effort.

I did hear that the financials were in a real mess and it wasn't going to be inexpensive to complete them. Don't know how far they actually got but it's moot anyway.

Perhaps our friends at the SEC actually did us all a favor by removing this black spot from the playing field...
