stocks could be shorted .. yeah riiiiiight

of course it was never *retail* that was
shorting penny stocks and their co.s into
oblivion .. to this day .. i laugh when i
read a *post* claiming there are no FTDS
*reported* .. that is because like lots
of other *goodies* swept under the rug

they don't have to be reported on unregistered co.s
just another *loophole* to exploit amongst so many
