IMO Mr. Kendrick knew he was screwing the QASP shareholders when he negotiated the deal with Mr. Bradley.

There is no way in the world any reasonable person would pay 17% for an option to buy the POS Minesneaker. Even $50k would have been excessive.

I think if I had been one of the whales who had lost a lot I'd be pursuing charges for conspiracy to defraud.
