Well, they have their explanation. The company could easily resolve this by either issuing a dividend (NOT in the form of restricted shares) or buying back shares on the open market. If they believe their own numbers, buying shares of HNSS would be a 'lucrative' investment. Don't they have a subsidiary that is looking for 'lucrative' activities?
