He was in by 2009 for sure. CPOW was a different company before (GBE). Mike shenher took it over as a shell company to bring GBE on the pinks(OTCBB) I received the notice last year of the Brecknock...boy did I bring out my calculator..stock was trading at approx .60cents and I have been subtracting with my calculator ever since..Unfortunately Shenher likes to pump everything up soooo much that investors get high hopes. Let's be hopeful that this time there is some positive results.
