Obviously both are the exact same article, REUTERS is just citing its source placing the link to the Research and Markets website.

Regarding Chongqing Red Dragonfly, look again, is the 10th listed
from the bottom up.

Chongqing Grain Group is very large, Chongqing Red Dragonfly is just its edible oils division.
They market all their different oils under their "Red Dragonfly" trade mark.
