I'll try to keep refreshing it for new readers, maybe at some point it will make its way into the "stickies" - that's nxxi's decision, of course.

I believe at some point unconvinced said that there were other issues, which he would post later, if these milestones get checked off.

Great to have that kind of DD for us - saves us a lot of digging.
