I am very pleased to finally be able to share a couple of announcements with you.

I am further, very pleased to inform you we (CPOW) have reached an agreement to acquire Brecknock Breweries, in a share exchange. We expect to conclude the transaction by the end of this week. So welcome to all of the Brecknock shareholders as well. This fits well in our plan to pursue value added agricultural processing and bio-tech opportunities in western Canada. In addition I was actively involved with Jason Dearborn at Brecknock's conception and founding, so for me it feels like she's home, and I look forward to lovingly nurturing it into growth and profitability. Thanks again to Jason and the Brecknock management team for all of the hard work in getting it to where it is today.

Our plan is to is to do a raise to build a brewery in Regina, at the plant location. We believe the market potential is huge, and with the help and commitment of people like Reg Howard and the Phoenix Group the sky is truly the limit.

We will be do a public launch (with tasting) and announcement in the near future. But in the mean time...ask for Brecknock in bars, restaurants, and beers stores...let's start by making this REGINA'S BEER.
