I think you need to remember that it is not Centa/NHSH that is pursuing the court case, it is Jeff DiGenova, this has nothing to do with James Owens Centacom.

And as for a pump, I have not seen one, I have seen an announcement of O/S reduction, and I have seen an announcement of discussions with M/S followed by a signed LOI confirmed the 2 companies intention to work together.

Centacom as a company should not be footing the bill for Jeff's court case, yes Centacom intended to merge with Q, but that offer was rejected, as such, they have NO involvement with said case.
