If it were a 1:1 exchange and ALCL's price was .10, what should the price of CPWY be? .10.

If you have a 2:1 exchange and ALCL's price was .10, what should the price be? .05.

ALCL will converge to .05 when the merger happens....which is in line with the bid.

The slight delta in prices can be attributed to the minimal dilution of ALCL's existing shares.


All I was saying is the mkt has priced it in on CPWY's side of the equation. There will not be a sudden price drop on the day of the merger.
