I don't think there is Israeli objection for compensation and massive aid to a newly formed Palestinian state. Of course, some will point out that the properties of the Arab jews confiscated in the 1947/1953 period should be part of the bargain (or part of an exchange). Compensation and aids is surely more humane and cheaper than war.
