Joe, can you comment on the context of this post? Why don't you step aside and let Jeff and James control QASP knowing full well that you have a 169k debt that would be in line for payment once they start producing revenue?

That post is RIGHT ON POINT. If Joe just wanted his 169k plus interest he would let Jeff and James run QASP, would have merged with Centacom, and have a growing company that could also go after whatever previous investments QASP may be able to salvage. And guess what, if JEFF and JAMES were running QASP i bet the Ol Mineseeker would come aboard. You know Ol MIneseeker the pump and dump scam as Kwan referred to is as but Joe so desparately wants.

JOE. Step aside, let Jeff and James take control of QASP, get mineseeker under the shell, merge Centacom as well, start producing revenue and earnings, and GO FORWARD. GET THIS THING OUT OF COURT.
