It showed up on my scan that I routinely run on fundamentals.

The profits/revenues were artificial because it was a one-time patent deal. It managed to turn them from a massive loss to a nice profit.

Forgent's revenue jumped to $21.6 million from $6.5 million a year earlier, from a one-time $16.2 million patent revenue from its still-image compression technology.

So, it turned me off to it. They are actually losing money and declining revs. No thanks.
