These guys need money and need money fast. With the rollout of the headphones they will continue to dilute this stock. It's just a matter of how low it will go. See the 8k they just recently authorized to incease the os from 400 million to 750 million.

These guys need cash for the 3rd quarter rollout and need to do this quick that the reason for the major declines.
