WTWO, the Company does not have significant cash or other current assets, nor does it have an established source of revenues sufficient to cover its operating costs and to allow it to continue as a going concern. In the interim the Company expects to raise operating capital primarily through the sale of its common stock.
This is TRUE and from the 2010 Annual Report. But they do have some money ($195,000) and they do have some revenue - boiler stuff announced Friday, algae etc. Shareholder equity still at 40%.
