it came from Edgar online "Glimpses" threw Equityfeed news filter i use. there is also a 10-A filing that goes along with it.
basically what it all means is that they took on a partner who will use there Paton, better there product, market it world wide and pay royalties. i would expect a PR via PR-News wire real soon.
I'm not signed up with Edgar online and cant bring up a link for the filing but will screen shot it if anybody wants it
