There has been alot of underhanded dealings going on here out of pure GREED. Debts were not paid so as to casue a foreclosure (no public records) mgmt salaries were paid. Monies shuffled between companies. Then they gained again from the mess they allowed by being one of the secured creditors????? They may of obtained monetery gains in this life at the expense of others but one day I am sure they will burn in Hell for the dishonesty they have done to others. One can only hope that somewhere someday this returns to bite them in the a$$. I still believe RMTD has patents that were not apart of the acquired assets and the client base was of value. Hoping there is an investigation into this transaction and justice will prevail on behalf of the shareholders of RMTD.
