Yes, I want to move the mud slinging contest (slicky willy vs the various bushes...) here from the non politics thread.In 1994 they agreed to stop the plutonium weapon project, in the last two years they started a U235 project, which we discovered in the last few months, so we cut off the flow of crude, NK then went ahead and said FY, and restarted their old plutonium weapon project as well, now they have two program of nuclear weapons.
